Audio, presentation systems and dedicated onsite support for Mind Over Matter’s charity auction.
Mind Over Matter brought around 10–20 attendees together for a charity auction. DMS supported the event with audio and a presentation system, alongside an audio engineer who remained onsite throughout. The scope combined the equipment needed for the auction with hands-on technical support for its delivery.
Stair access made moving equipment into and out of the event space more difficult. Keeping empty flight cases onsite also presented administrative and logistical challenges. Alongside supplying the systems, DMS needed to manage these practical access and storage constraints as part of the event’s technical delivery.
DMS supplied the audio and presentation system, with a dedicated audio engineer onsite throughout the auction. This brought equipment provision and ongoing technical support together within our scope.
The team took an adaptive approach to access and empty-case storage, coordinating the logistics around the restrictions encountered onsite. These practical arrangements supported delivery of the technical systems despite the challenges of equipment access and storage.
The charity auction ran seamlessly, supported by DMS’s audio, presentation system and onsite engineer. Following the event, the charity director shared very positive feedback with DMS, rounding off a successful delivery despite the access and storage challenges.
