Technical production support alongside a lead agency for a global finance organisation’s collaboration summit.
A global finance organisation brought approximately 200 colleagues together in Europe for a company collaboration summit. Across multiple conference spaces, teams focused on strategy, communication and future planning.
Working alongside the lead event agency and wider production team, DMS supported the technical infrastructure throughout the programme. Our responsibilities covered presentation systems, audio support, backstage communications and onsite technical coordination across the main event space and breakout areas.
European logistics regulations, ATA Carnet requirements and cross-border equipment movements added complexity to international delivery. Venue constraints and bespoke client requirements demanded detailed pre-production planning and careful scheduling.
During the fast-paced programme, the team also had to respond quickly to schedule changes and evolving onsite requirements while keeping delivery on time and the attendee experience consistent.
DMS aligned plans with the lead agency, client stakeholders, trusted suppliers and experienced freelance crew. A venue visit approximately two months beforehand assessed access, infrastructure, room layouts and logistics to reduce onsite risk.
Presentation systems, distributed displays, audio reinforcement and backstage communications supported the main space and breakout areas. Working with local crew and specialist freelancers, DMS coordinated deployment and dedicated technical support, maintaining clear communication and resolving issues quickly throughout delivery.
All sessions were delivered successfully across the six-day schedule. DMS’s structured technical delivery and responsive onsite support contributed to the wider production team’s work, helping provide a seamless event experience for organisers and approximately 200 attendees.
