Full technical production support for an eight-day, multi-space event in central London, delivered alongside a leading UK agency.
DMS partnered with a longstanding agency client to support an event for a global consumer goods manufacturer, welcoming 100 attendees. The production spanned one main presentation space and four additional event areas, with a bespoke LED wall solution at its centre. Working alongside trusted suppliers, freelancers and the wider agency team, DMS provided technical planning, onsite deployment, live support and de-rig across eight days.
Limited access windows, restricted storage and venue space constraints demanded careful coordination throughout delivery. The multi-room setup and custom LED installation introduced complex power distribution and cable routing requirements. DMS also needed to coordinate multiple suppliers and specialist freelancers while supporting several active event areas simultaneously.
DMS coordinated parking, loading schedules, storage allocation and deployment plans with the agency, suppliers, freelancers and venue teams ahead of arrival. Drawing on more than 25 years of experience working within the venue, the team used its operational knowledge and established relationships to manage access and onsite coordination. Detailed planning and clear communication supported the bespoke LED installation and technical delivery across all five spaces throughout the eight-day programme.
The event was delivered efficiently and to a high standard, with excellent feedback from the agency and end client. Strong collaboration and a positive team culture helped maintain smooth delivery across the production areas despite the technical and logistical constraints.
