Technical production support for an executive communications forum attended by 300 high-profile guests.
A global financial institution held an executive communications forum in London, welcoming 300 high-profile attendees to one main presentation space. DMS worked alongside a leading UK agency on behalf of the institution, supporting wider suppliers and onsite crews. Our responsibilities covered audiovisual systems, communications, arranging the LED wall installation, logistics and planning, through to onsite deployment, live event operation and de-rig.
Significant last-minute design and production changes coincided with an accelerated build timetable. Restricted truck access and constrained build areas made logistics and sequencing particularly demanding. A large LED installation added further coordination requirements across the wider production team.
DMS assembled, tested and configured key technical elements at our own facilities ahead of deployment to streamline the build and minimise onsite risk. Clear communication with suppliers, freelancers and venue teams helped the production adapt to changing requirements. DMS arranged the large LED wall installation alongside delivering our audiovisual systems and communications. Coordination with the wider team supported safe installation within the available timeframe.
The event was delivered seamlessly within the demanding timeframe despite the production complexities. Exceptional feedback from the agency and end client recognised the collaborative approach, adaptability and coordinated onsite execution that supported the wider team’s delivery.
